1927 Martin 00-45 Guitar (Serial Number 33002)

Serial number 33002 was stamped on September 15, 1927 at the beginning of the production process.

The tuners are Waverly G-32 chrome plated machines with ivoroid buttons.

Style 45 features:

Back and sides: Brazilian rosewood

Top: Red spruce (Adirondack)

Purfling: Abalone

Binding: Ivoroid

Back Stripe: Style 45

Other period features:

Scalloped X-bracing

Ebony fingerboard

Ebony pyramid bridge

Ebony bar neck reinforcement

1-7/8" neck width at nut

Style 45 "snowflake" fingerboard inlays

C. F. Martin stamp on back of head stock

No style stamp

    1. Thanks for your comment. However, this is not a sales site and I am only trying to record guitars that may be of interest to collectors and, sometimes, dealers.

      I don’t comment on condition or price, except where a feature of the guitar is obviously wrong (tuners, bridge replacement, etc). I usually keep the ownership confidential unless the owner wants credit for the photos they have supplied.
